The settings screen: image formats, upload limits and how long unused pictures are kept
The shop default is set on the settings screen.

Steps

  1. In Personaliser > Settings > Coupons choose the shop default:
    • Coupons reduce the whole price (default).
    • Coupons reduce only the personalisation surcharges.
    • Coupons reduce only the price of the product itself.
    • Coupons do not apply.
  2. On a product, Coupons on this product can keep Same as the shop or choose one of the four.
  3. Press Save settings or Update.

The choice works for any WooCommerce coupon kind, in the classic and the block cart. Set-up fees are never reduced and products that are not personalised are untouched. Reductions by rules and discounts come off the surcharge part first.

Example

A shop runs a "10 euro off" coupon but does not want it to eat the engraving surcharge. It chooses "only the price of the product itself" and the coupon reduces the pen alone.
