Does it need WooCommerce?

Yes. WooCommerce 8.8 or newer must be active.

Does it send data to another server?

Not unless you agree. The licensing and update service asks for consent once, on a screen that has a Skip button. If you skip, no request is made and the plugin works fully.

Where are my customers' pictures stored?

In a private folder inside the uploads directory. Visitors cannot open the files by address. A picture that is part of an order is kept with the order; a picture nobody ordered is deleted after the days you set.

Can the customer change the price by editing the form?

No. The shop recalculates the price from the chosen options every time, and the final price is the one calculated in the cart.

Does it work with variable products?

Yes. The editor appears under the variation selectors and the price follows the variation.

Can I move my setup to another shop?

Yes, with Import and export.

What happens to my data when I delete the plugin?

The plugin removes its settings, its tables and its private folder. The setups saved in your products and the design data in your orders stay. Export what you need first.

What is the difference between the free and the paid build?

See the comparison. The paid build adds the canvas editor, print types, materials, price rules, quantity discounts, coupons, saved designs, proofs, the resolution check and print files.

What do the plans differ in?

Only in the number of sites. Every plan has every paid feature.

What happens when my licence expires?

The features keep working. Updates and support stop until you renew.

Is there a refund?

Refund within 14 days of purchase.
